Security Status

The Security Status feature in Gomboc provides a comprehensive view of your organization's security posture by categorizing resources based on their compliance with established policies. This feature allows you to monitor and manage the security status of your resources effectively, ensuring that all security requirements are met and any violations are addressed promptly.

The Security Status categories are as follows:

Status
Description

Already Compliant

Indicates that the resource configuration fully meets the policy requirements, ensuring no further action is needed.

Auto Remediated

Shows that violations were detected but have been automatically resolved by Gomboc, streamlining your security management process.

Cannot Remediate

Highlights that while violations are present, they could not be fixed automatically due to conflicts or the complexity of the issue, requiring manual intervention.

Not Applicable

Signifies that the specific resource is not relevant to the policy being applied, thus no action is necessary for this resource.

Insufficient Info

Alerts that there is not enough data available to apply the necessary remediation, indicating a need for further investigation or data collection.
